Shake 3.0: FileOut Overwrites Frames Without Prompting

When rendering scripts with a FileOut to the same or incorrect directory, the "old" frame gets overwritten without warning.

Symptom

When a script is created with FileOut and rendered twice, it overwrites already rendered frames.

Solution

To avoid this, do not render files with the same name and extension to an existing directory.
