iSight's video "stutters" in low light when I turn it on

It can take 10 seconds for the camera to adjust to the ambient light. During this time, the video from the camera may "stutter".

iSight switches to 15 frames-per-second to improve picture quality in low-light conditions.

It can take up to 10 seconds for the camera to adjust to low light conditions. This is a normal, short-term condition. When the camera gets used to the conditions, it should operate just fine.
