Learn how to back up your iCal calendars.

iCal saves your calendars as .ics files in the Calendars folder (~/Library/Calendars). You can back up your calendars by copying this folder to your backup location (file server, external hard drive, CD-ROM, and so forth).

If you are a .Mac member, you can also back up your calendars by using Backup 1.2 or later. Make sure to click the checkbox for iCal files.

Your calendar(s) will be included in your backup the next time you click Backup Now.
