"The shared music library is not compatible" message in iTunes

For music sharing, iTunes 4.5 only works with other computers that have iTunes 4.5 or iTunes 4.6

If you try to share music between a computer with iTunes 4.5 or 4.6 and one with an earlier version, you'll see this message:

"The shared music library is <name> is not compatible with this version of iTunes."




Just update all your music sharing computers to iTunes 4.6.
